How soon will my coffee ship after I place an order?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS or USPS.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency on any product page to save 10% on every order and never run out of beans.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?
While we recommend whole bean for the best flavor profile, we offer several grind options including Drip, Chemex, and Espresso to suit your home brewing setup.
What is your return policy for coffee and merchandise?
Coffee is a perishable product and cannot be returned; however, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us. Equipment and merchandise can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor.
