At Coava Coffee Roasters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your specialty coffee and brewing equipment. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and manuals for brewing equipment are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that roasted coffee is generally non-returnable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
