Robinson Figueroa is a fourth-generation farmer and the manager of the ASPROTimaná cooperative in Huila, Colombia. His humble nature belies the passionate spirit of a true innovator and leader - he ceaselessly pushes the quality of not only his own coffees, but also those of the entire coop. Over the years his projects have included planting new coffee varieties, constructing a wet mill and cupping lab, and experimenting with processing methods and solar drying technology.
